Liscenced Account frozen
Liscenced account frozen on iPad but works fine on iMac and iPhone. Never been a subscriber and never tried the trial. I have been using 1Password for many years and I am not interested in subscribing. Why is the account frozen on my iPad? Yet works everywhere else. Please help unfreeze asap

Hi @samarhabash - Thank you for reaching out to us. It looks like you did test drive a 1Password membership at some point so let's get this squared away for you.
Open & unlock 1Password on your iPad. Tap Settings on the bottom tab > Tap 1Password Accounts. Tap on your account in the list and then tap "Sign out" to remove the frozen account. That should do the trick :wink:
