autolock settings

i can't find the mac preference page for autolock settings that dave mentions in his introductory email.
My machine is MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013) using OS Sierra.

    @gavinscott: If you go to 1Password Preferences, you'll find it on the Security tab. You can get to Preferences either by selecting it from the "1Password" menu at the top of the screen when the app is active, or by pressing ⌘ , (this is the universal macOS keyboard shortcut for Preferences and will work with most apps). Does that help? :)
