Request Account Reset - how long for a response?
I have to have my account reset as I forgot the password. I have exhausted the recommendations from agile bits website I have sent two emails to support in the last two hours and get nothing but a robo-response.
Here is the ticket number for the first request: #INW-63284-516
This is my second bad experience with agilebits support. If this is not resolved in the next couple of hours, I will request a full refund and switch to Dashlane.
To save an extra exchange... the email that I use on the forum is different from the one on my 1Password account. The ticket has that one.
