New staff member, same computer
I have a staff member who was using a company computer and has resigned. She had added the 1Password apps to that computer. She is gone, and our new staff member now is using the same computer. As the administrator I have removed her from 1Password. We un-installed the 1Password app on the PC and re-installed it. It is still acting like it belongs to the previous staff member - it will not accept the password for the new staff member, and has not asked for his secure key. Please tell me how to get rid of one user's 1Password info/apps, and add a new person's.

Hi @lisafrey - Thank you for reaching out to us. I would recommend trying to reset 1Password which will erase everything within the app. The new team member can then log into the account from the welcome screen using the details listed on their Emergency Kit.
