Changes in iOS 1Password is not syncing to Mac

I added few logins via iOS 1Password app but those changes are not synced to mac.

I tried by locking/unlocking. Editing existing login in mac etc... but it didn't work.

1Password Version: 6.7.1
Extension Version: 4.6.7.90
OS Version: 10.12.5
Sync Type: Using 1password account

    @nexgen,

    Thanks for writing in. I took a look in our system and it doesn't appear as though you're using a 1Password.com membership, at least not with the email address associated with your forum account.

    can you confirm on your iOS 1Password settings -> 1Password Accounts has something there, and the same for your Mac at Preferences -> Accounts?

    If those don't have an account listed then the next question is do you possibly have Sync setup using 3rd party sync services?

    I use a different email for my 1password account. How to send that email address in private?

    @nexgen,

    can you send an email to support + forum @ agilebits.com and mention my name, I'll look for it in 10 min or so.

    Thanks Rudy. I had created a support ticket earlier today and I received an email just now. The problem is fixed.
