inconsistent TouchID experience on iPad Air2 and iPhone SE - both v 6.7.2
On my 2 IOS devices I have differing experiences with TouchID. On the iPhoneSE, I get prompted with the TouchID button most of the time, however on the iPad Air2 I nearly always have to put in my master password. Both devices are running the same IOS version (10.3.2) and 1Password 6.7.2. Incidentally the Support Page for TouchID has confusing instructions (https://support.1password.com/touch-id-ios/#manage-your-settings). Perhaps it has not been updated and still refers to an old menu structure. It tells me to go to Settings/Advanced/Security - but there is no Advanced menu item.
1Password Version: 6.7.2
Extension Version: Cant find IOS Safari ext ver
OS Version: 10.3.2
Sync Type: Dropbox

Thank you Rudy. It's always the basics get you in the end. I use the iPad in landscape mostly - so no visible Advanced menu

I shall now retreat to a quiet room and scream. I will don a shirt of course hair and whip myself with briers. Nah!
I'll have a coffee and learn from my mistake. Much more sensible.0 -
