'Find Item' shortcut is disabled when nothing in the gui is selected or text cursor is not placed

Hello, I'm having trouble consistently using the CMD+F feature. 1Password 6 is not letting me use the CMD+F function unless I have selected/highlighted an item in the Item List or my text cursor has been clicked in the search field.

Is this a known or intended feature?

    Hi @mtab1,

That's a good question! Both Command-F and Option-Command-F are keyboard shortcuts to find items, yet both are disabled when (like you've mentioned) no items are selected or focus is already in the search field (and I can't think of a reason you'd want to use it when you're already there :)).

I'm not sure if that's intended or a bug so will do more research into it and let you know. Thanks for noticing and reporting this!

    Hello again, @mtab1.

Just wanted to let you know that our developers think this is a bug in menu validation, I've filed an issue for it, and hopefully it'll be fixed in a not too distant update. :)
