Cannot remember my master password. Deleted the app and reinstalled the app. Have password key but can't get in. Help!

    I cannot remember my master password. I have my key but cannot log in. I deleted the app and reloaded it. I've tried from other devices. I'm stuck

    Hi @jcagruber - Sorry for the troubles with your Master Password. By design, we don't store Secret Keys or Master Passwords since it would compromise the security of our users. We don't want anyone to have access to the keys to your account, including us, therefore we can't reset this if lost or forgotten. Are you able to access your 1Password data from another device? Keep us posted. We can move the conversation over to email so please don't share any private details here. :+1:
