I have 1password on my macbook and it has the ability to store passwords into folders. But a friend who also has 1password on his macbook, doesn't have the New Folder item in the File menu. Why is this?
Thanks

    @xcellentmac,

    If you have multiple vaults and are looking at the All Vaults view it won't appear in the menu. The other possible scenario is that they're using a 1Password.com account, which does not have folder support (tags replace folders in this context).

    Okay, I found it was the value view I was in All Vaults. But strangely when I searched your knowledgeable for Folders, it didn't offer any information about folders. And I didn't come by it easily in your forums either. A google search found it for me, in your forums . Anyway, it's okay now. Thank you for your prompt reply.
