Beta fails to fill in https://www.mysynchrony.com/
Is this bug reproducible?
Yup.
Which devices did this bug appear on and is it reproducible on any devices and/or computers?
iPhone 7, iOS 11.0 (15a5318g) (Public beta 2).
Happens in Safari, Chrome, and the in-app browser
A quick summary of the bug:
The login fields do not get filled in. (they also have some javascript or something blocking pasting, which is sub-optimal, and means I cannot log into their site on my device at all)

- Visit https://www.mysynchrony.com/
- Click "Log In"
- Click the browser's "Share" button
- Click 1Password
- Click the login for mysynchrony bank

Thanks for taking the time to write in and providing all that detail!
It looks like www.mysynchrony.com has structured their log in web page so the log-in form is actually displayed in what's known as an iframe. This is effectively a web page embedded within another web page. Unfortunately on iOS such web page structures cannot be securely validated by 1Password and so we cannot guarantee that filling a username or password is a safe process. So unfortunately this means that on iOS 1Password can't fill it. I'm afraid only copy & paste will work for these kinds of websites. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.
