    Hi @franziskalu - Thank you for reaching out to us. Did you sign up for a 1Password.com account? If so, did you print out your Emergency Kit after signing into the account via the web? Your Secret Key can be found on your Emergency Kit and if you added the account to 1Password. Keep me posted and let me know if you were able to locate your Secret Key. If not, we'll move the conversation over to email so I can better assist you.
