After rebooting and starting 1P, it does not remember that I move the app to the second display.

Quitting app and starting it does not remember the display it is supposed to show on. I keep moving it to my second monitor.
Apps like PCalc remember what display they were moved to between reboots and restarting app.

    Can you let me know if you're referring to the main 1Password app window or to 1Password mini (in the menu bar)?

    main 1Password app. it has always behaved this way. it should be an easy feature to implement.

    Yeah, that's a bit strange, as I don't think we've implemented any special handling there, so macOS should just be in charge of it.

    I'm going to investigate a bit more. We'll reply again shortly.
