Account is frozen

  • I have been using basic 1password for IOS through the Apple App store for the past few years. I recently signed up for a 30 days trail for my MAC Book Pro. I have decided I only want to continue with the free basic service for IOS, however my account is frozen. How do I fix this?

    Hi @gfwoodj,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. In order to do that you'd need to remove the trial 1Password membership from your iOS device. Do you still have all of your data stored in your Primary vault on iOS? If so you can simply sign out of the trial account under 1Password > Settings > 1Password Accounts.
