Yeah - I'm very frustrated. I just signed up, and have no idea of what to do next. I know I need to start entering my passwords, but I don't know where, and I gotta say - I'm losing confidence in you guys.

The first thing I'd recommend doing after setting up an account is installing the apps on your devices. You can do that here:
Then you can use 1Password in your web browser to save and fill logins:
- Mac/PC: Use the 1Password extension to save and fill passwords on your Mac or Windows PC - 1Password Support
- iOS: Use the 1Password extension to fill in Safari and apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - 1Password Support
- Android: Use the 1Password keyboard to fill in Chrome and apps on your Android device - 1Password Support
The above links are to specific articles in our knowledge base but there is a wealth of information there. You may want to take a look as I'm sure there are other articles (and videos!) that would be helpful in getting started.

Hi @mottmann - Sorry for the troubles getting started and I'll be happy to help. One of the first steps is to make sure you print out your Emergency Kit after signing into the account. This includes your sign in details for the account, Setup Code for the apps, and a space to write in your Master Password.
After you print out your Emergency Kit, keep it handy for setting up for the apps. We have a great guide that will walk you through getting started. Our support page offers a ton of great information that is available to you. Now the guides don't replace us so please feel free to reach out if you run into any questions along the way.
