[Bug] Identity Parsing Error / Address and birth date

Hi guys,

I noticed this when testing out the extension (which otherwise seems to work nicely so far):

The address and the birth date information is not filled out properly in the extension.

    Hey @etheberge,

    Thanks for taking the time to post this issue. The good news is we've actually already fixed the address field, but it looks like we still aren't creating a human readable date for the birth date field. I'll see if we can get that fixed sooner than later to help everyone better use their Identity items.
