Mac Chrome Extension Displaying All Logins Can't Hide

Running: 1Password: Password Manager and Secure Wallet 4.6.7.90
On macOS Sierra 10.12.5

After the last update, when clicking on the extension when clicking on the 1password icon, to the left of the normal box, the entire list of logins is statically displayed. The normal dialogue box performs as usual as it always have either displaying the appropriate login that's there or if performing a search returning the appropriate logins. I can't figure out how to stop it from displaying all logins on the left. It also displays the list even if the extension is locked and requiring authentication. I've tried restarting chrome, machine, etc.

1Password Version: 6.8 (680015)

OS Version: 10.12.5

    Hi @Dave330

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with 1Password. That sounds like a really weird issue you've bumped into! I'd like to ask you to get us a Diagnostics Report so we can get a better idea of what's going on in your computer.

I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

    With your email please include:

    • A link to this thread: url
    • Your forum username: username

That way we can "connect the dots" when we see your diagnostics in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number.  Please post that number here so we can track down the diagnostics and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)

Once we see the diagnostics we'll be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!

Thank you for the reply Pilar, the issue appears to have self-resolved. I'll do the above if it re-surfaces, it was just bizarre. Not sure what fixed it...

This is happening to me also, since the last update.

Even while locked, the browser extension and 1Password Mini menu icon both show the pop-out list. The list is populated and appears to be my entire password list, however I can't click on any, and when I scroll, they vanish. While unlocked, the the list pop-out can open around the centre of the screen (not close to the icon like it normally does), and none of the passwords can be clicked.

Restarting 1Password Mini fixes the problem.

    Hi @Jacob,

I have sent the Diagnostics Report to the support email, as requested. Thanks.

NOTE: This problem was also happening in Safari and 1Password Mini (menu). Not just with Chrome.

I appreciate you sending us your diagnostics report. I've just responded to your message with some steps I'd like you to try on your Mac. After that, we can continue our troubleshooting over email.
