After upgrading to v6.8; why do I have duplicate entries on all sites

I'm sure that I have missed something very basic, but I need your help to understand it. I now have double, sometimes triple, and a couple of quadruple entries for every login. I would like to know why they have appeared, how can I organize them for simple use. I notice there are personal logins and primary logins. I assume they should not all be in the same list but ????? Thanks for you help in rescuing me. Lee

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with 1Password. It sounds like you have data in a couple of different places and that's what causing some issues.     I have attempted to follow all the somewhat confusing directions to send "diagnostic results etc. but continue to have all my attempts bounced, including that to just "angilebits.com. Hope to find some method to return requested troubleshooting info to
