1Password 6 - trouble with installing on tablet

Purchased a standalone for my 2 phones, 2 tablets and 2 macs a few months ago; here is license info: (oddly I never had a Windows computer)

Having trouble installing 1P on my TABLET. Asks for credentials I do not have (secret key, etc). Downloading above license info
does not help.

    I see you've also already opened a ticket with us via email, and that Louise has got you set up with your standalone license. For the future, please try to avoid contacting us about the same issue via multiple channels, as it causes a duplication of efforts for our support team, and slows down the whole process for everyone.
