iPad Pro syncs a fraction of items in dropbox

I've read the blogs but my problem is a little different. My new iPad Pro only syncs 43 Logins & 83 items... My Mac, MacBook and phone has 370 items and 225 logins. I've tried most things, delete and reinstall but having major issues with the new iPad and Password. Only one vault in dropbox.
