Use rich icons

Regardless of the selection in the Prefs, 1Password shows the rich icons.

I have some very fugly ones so I'd rather not show them, it used to work fine.

    Hi @Nogbad The Bad! Sorry about that. Could you please try restarting your computer, then if the issue is still happening, create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac?
