Can´t activate iCloud on a new tresor on iPhone5c

I use 1Password Pro since ... since you are. An now I ´ve determined my son to use 1Password also. I updated iOS to 10.3.3 and load 1Password 6.8, the icloud-Drive is on, but if I tell "synchronies with ... iCloud. A message appears: "Wird iCloud hinzugefügt / Will be added iCloud" and then a message appears "Failed to modify some record zones", the message diappears and 1Password hangs on. What should I do?
The Tresor is complete new, no items are stored.
