Firefox Browser Extention

Hello

My Firefox Extention doesn't work. I've reinstalled it.
Error: onepassword4-extension://activate/Firefox and than nothing happened.
Firefox: 54.0.1 (32bit)

1Password Version: 6.6.439
Extension Version: 4.6.5
OS Version: Win 10 x64 1703
Sync Type: Not Provided

    Hey @manibam,

    Sorry about the trouble with the Firefox extension. I see the "Extension version" mentioned in your post is 4.6.5, is that correct? The latest version is 4.6.7.

    You mentioned an error "Error: onepassword4-extension://activate/Firefox" - this sounds like the extension is trying unsuccessfully to launch the 1Password for Windows app. Could you send me a screenshot of this error just so I'm sure of what you're seeing please?
