Read-only problem on my wife's computer

Hi,

I purchased 1PW from your store in February 2015 and I've been sharing it with my wife since then. But a couple of months ago (after an update, I guess) she started getting "read-only. buy a licence" messages. She deleted and reinstalled the app but nothing is changed. What should we do?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. I couldn't find a license under this address. Did you use a different address to get it? If so, can you sent us an email to support+licenses@agilebits.com with other potential addresses you might have used so we can help you locate it? Did you happen to get 1Password from the Mac App Store? If so, she'd need to download 1Password with the same iCloud account that was used to buy it. She will need to either apply the license or get it from the App Store.
