What is the easiest way to "start over" and re-import my passwords?

I imported my passwords from LastPass using their Chrome extension's CSV export tool.

After importing, I discovered that any passwords with an ampersand symbol (&) were converted to "&".

A simple find-and-replace in a text editor fixed this problem in the exported CSV file. However, now I'm stuck with hundreds of passwords in my 1Password vault that need to be fixed.

What is the easiest way to "start over" and re-import my passwords with the corrected passwords?

Alternatively it may be even easier to simply select all items (Cmd+A) and move them to the trash.
