FEATURE REQUEST Upgrade Guest to a Paid User

I'd like to request the ability to smoothly update a guest account to a paid user without having to delete their account or send a new invite. I just ran into this where I offered to switch someone to a paid account, but as soon as I mentioned those steps they said no thanks. General users don't want to be hassled or to worry (whether true or not) that their work patterns might be disrupted but upcoming changes.

I notice this thread from over a year ago on the same topic, but it was closed so I couldn't add my thoughts to it.
