I am in an endless loop on new iPad Pro, with restored backup, won't accept 1PW, requires update

On 10.3.3, with 1PW working fine on iPad Air. Restored backup to new iPad Pro 10.5. Every time I try to launch 1PW, I get alert saying an updated version is required, that my saved data is newer than my 1PW version. It then asks me to quit, I do, but the app doesn't quit. I go to the App Store, and it says to open the app, etc. I'm a subscriber, so what am I missing?

Thanks for taking the time to write in.

If you sign in at https://my.1password.com are you able to view all of your data? If so I'd recommend deleting and then reinstalling the 1Password app on your iPad Pro. You can find 1Password for iOS here:

I hope that helps. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.

Thanks, Ben, that did it. This happened with another app, too, so it must have something to do with the restore process. Everything seems to be fine, now, thank you.

Awesome! Thanks for letting us know. Glad Ben was able to help! I've definitely had my fair share of restore issues with iOS. We're here if you need anything else. :)
