Help! Phone did not sync to online vault, now my phone has been factory reset.

I do all my One password management from my phone. I only use the online web version for a backup (which I have not needed until now). My phone was broken and had to go for repair, they did a factory reset which wiped my One password.

Now I go to my online One password and there is nothing new from the last 10 months!!!!

What do I do now? Is all that data lost?

I thought it should be syncing whenever I am connected to a network. Isn't that the idea of cloud storage??

    Hi @mvedder! I'm sorry to hear about your phone. Did you use 1Password for a while before signing up for a 1Password account? If you did, your data would have been in an older vault that wasn't stored in your account and unfortunately that isn't synced automatically. I'd recommend checking iCloud or Dropbox for your data though just to see if it's in there. Also, if you have a backup of your phone you can restore that. :) Let us know how things go!
