@vytasb: Unfortunately without some basic information it's hard to say what might be going wrong and how we might right it! Please tell me the OS, 1Password, and device versions you're using there so we can figure out the best plan of action:

    Find your version

The more information you can give, the better. For instance, do you simply want to merge the data from all of them, or is there data on one that you want to replace the data on all of the others? Thanks in advance! :)

@vytasb: Great! Since you're using all recent versions, you'll be able to sync the data between them using Dropbox:

    Sync 1Password data using Dropbox

Start with the PC, and then when you setup the others, just select the same vault in Dropbox you're using on Windows so that they're all using the same data. If asked, just select Merge so that your existing data in 1Password for Mac and iOS are added there as you set this up on each device.

However, you may want to consider a 1Password.com membership, since it gives you access to all of the apps, the web interface, and does away with license management and sync configuration altogether — you simply login to your account to authorize a device and access your data:

    1Password.com

You can try it for free for 30 days to take advantage of all of its benefits. Either way, let me know if you have any questions! :)

Thanks for the sales pitch, but before I buy yet another product, I'd like the one I already paid for to work as advertised.
I look at my PC's 1Password, it shows me the dropbox vault in use, it shows me two items in "favorites."
I go to my Macbook Pro's 1Password, it shows me the same dropbox vault, synced 45 seconds ago, however there is only one item in "favorites."

Something is not working. Please help me resolve this.
    Thanks,

  • @vytasb,

Understandable. To get to the bottom of the issue I'd like to ask you to create some diagnostics reports, one from each of your devices.

    —Mac—
    https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/?mac

    —iOS—
    https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/?ios

Please add the following code (including the square brackets) to the subject of your diagnostics email before sending it:

    [#QZR-14734-942]

(For anyone else reading: this support ID is unique to vytasb. Please ask us for your own if you need help.)

This will link your diagnostics to our current discussion. We'll take a look and let you know what we find out.

    Thanks!

    Ben
