Not filling in usernames and passwords
1 Password is no longer filling in usernames and passwords. I am using Safari on a MacBook Pro. I already tried everything on this list:

How can I talk to someone on the phone?

Hi @AbbeyT,
We don't have telephone support I'm afraid. Instead we offer support either though the public support forums here or via email.
Given your description and the fact that you have referenced 1Password 6.8 for Mac the solution for the most common cause is as follows:
- Open Safari and enter Safari's preferences.
- Switch to the Extensions tab.
- Locate the 1Password Safari Extension and uninstall it.
- Restart Safari.
- Install a fresh copy of the extension from 1Password Safari Extension from Apple's Safari Extension Gallery.
If that doesn't help let us know. We may need to ask for a diagnostic report but we'll wait to see if it's necessary before proceeding.

I already did that. It was in the list of things to do on the page I mentioned. Do you want me to do it again?

Thanks, @AbbeyT. I think a diagnostics report will be in order. This will let us get to the bottom of things as fast as possible.
Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to

.With your email please include:

That way we can "connect the dots" when we see your diagnostics in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the diagnostics and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the diagnostics we'll be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!
