From the looks of it, it appears you'll want to install 1Password 6 on your iPad and then sign into your 1Password.com account from the first run window. It will be in the bottom section as "1Password.com" and will prompt you to either scan your setup code or type it in manually. If you already have 1Password setup on your MacBook Air or an iPhone there is an Accounts section in their Preferences/Settings that can provide that setup code.
