Dropbox Sync Files Erased
Good Day!
In an effort to make my vault so secure that not even I can sync with Dropbox. This is entirely your fault for letting me screw a perfectly working (joke at my expense). What do I need to do to restore the file paths in Dropbox so it'll work again?
On a personal note I'm so happy I left another password manager long before it was acquired from a very greedy company. These guys left me hanging, continually rearranging their plans & kept raising prices on an already very expensive app. ******Thanks for all your do and your help!******__

Hi @BruMoo,
Oh dear. :) What was it that you did to get into such a state? Can you reverse your steps?
If not, please send us a diagnostics report, so we can get an idea of the current state of things, and we'll be happy to do our best to help.
I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your iOS device:
How to send a 1Password diagnostics report
Please add the following code (including the square brackets) to the subject of your diagnostics email before sending it:
[#PGQ-28662-468]
(For anyone else reading: this support ID is unique to BruMoo. Please ask us for your own if you need help.)
This will link your diagnostics to our current discussion. We'll take a look and let you know what we find out.

I tried to recover the deleted file to no avail. Dropbox sent me an email saying I had exceeded my storage limit. I kinda ticks me off because nothing had changed and I'm wondering if they repossessed the extra free space I earned for signing other people and a few small businesses up. I'd love to have other options for using Microsoft's, Box's or Google Drive's cloud storage. I understand that the problem is that the more convenience there is in a security product affects the overall security and increased risk.
I really appreciate your help, this is entirely MY FAULT
I did send the log as instructed. Hopefully there's an easy way to repopulate the dataThanks again!
