iOS9.3.5: browser(s) will NOT resolve page ...spinning gear

I have an old iPad... Apple stopped updates at 9.3.5
No matter what user agent i set the iBrowser, many sites just wont completely open. It just fails to resolve the page. This happens on many sites (NOT ALL)
What is my issue here... old version or bad Safari?

Sometimes I try Chrome on the iPad to instead of Safari... It too will sometimes fail to resolve the page.

Any ideas as to what Im facing?

NOTE:
I use Chrome on my iMac to open sites that Safari won't work well... and not due to Safari security settings... optioned OR built-in.
All open and resolve fine. iMac is OS10.10.5 w/Chrome.

  • Hi @three-cushion

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble loading web pages. From what you've written it sounds like this issue is not unique to 1Password, but happens with every browser on your iPad? If that is the case you may have better luck speaking with the Apple Genius Bar as we're limited to troubleshooting issues with 1Password.

You can find your local Apple Genius Bar using this page:

  • I feel your pain Jim! I'd love to upgrade to one of the new iMac Pros, but it seems like I just bought this one (2015)!

If there is anything else we can do, please don't hesitate to contact us.
