Firefox and Chrome extensions greyed out after applying license
This morning I finally found the information on how to apply my license. After I did that, my Firefox extension became disabled. I then removed and reinstalled the extension, and then quit and restarted Firefox, but the extension is still greyed out. On Chrome, the extension opens a helpful page that says "Couldn't connect to 1Password." The link below shows that not only is it installed, but I have 1Password 6 open.

You're on a really old version of 1Password 6 that can't auto-update to the latest version. You will need to manually install 6.8 via https://1password.com/downloads
