I've got one website that will not load the correct password. What do I need to do differently?

Using Safari, I've got a website that I've used forever, for some reason in the last month or so,it will not open on the first try - every time. If I then copy and paste the saved password, it will open - every time. I've tried to delete the site and go back in and "save as new login", to no avail. Unfortunately it's a site I enter more than any other, any ideas? Thanks, Pat

    Hello @pgingjt,

    As you've mentioned Safari that tells us you're a Mac user. Can you tell us a little more please. To see what we might be up against can you let us know:

    1. What version of 1Password you have.
    2. Confirm that other than this one site others are working (this tells us that in general things are connected and behaving).
    3. The URL for the login page for this site.

    We'll happily take a look and see what we can discover. It may be there is a workaround that will help now or we need to file a bug report to get 1Password to do a better job (or both). We'll certainly see what we can do to help though :smile:
