My Standalone License version of 1Password for Mac says "1Password" is damaged and can't be opened.
When I download a version ... all my logins are Frozen because is try to switch me to a subscription model.
Where can I download the standalone licence version?

The download is the same regardless of whether you are using a 1Password membership or a standalone license:
