retrieve vault on iPhone

I had to replace my iPhone 5SE with another one. Unfortunately the back up did not work. the 1Password app does not recognize my password. How can I retrieve my vault?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty. When you say the backp did not work... did you follow this procedure?

If you were previously syncing your 1Password data you may be able to retrieve it by setting up the same sync service again:
