All Vault Contents Missing After Deactivating Device

I had to recover my wife’s 1Password account after correctin a TouchID issue when she would attempt to sign into her app.

While going through this process, I noticed I had a lot of old devices/browsers activated under my account. I began deactivating these devices/browsers and after I clicked deactivate on one of those devices, a pop up came up saying something about all associated vaults had been removed.

Now when I go into my wife’s vault all of her logins are gone!
