Just got a new Imac---Downloaded my OnePassword from the App store. Have the extension on my Chrome installation . When I click the icon on the menu bar, it looks for Onepass but says that it has to be installed on the computer. Of course, I installed it. Any ideas on how I can get this working because its really tough for me to get anything done without it.

    Hi @rextilleon,

    Let's start with the basic stuff. You downloaded 1Password, but did you launch it and sign in or otherwise get the app up and running? Are you able to use 1Password on the iMac yet?

    Next up, could you try restarting Chrome? It sounds like the 1Password extension in chrome is unable to connect to the app, and in the majority of cases a restart of Chrome will fix it.

    If that doesn't do the trick we'll investigate further.
