1password button not working in Firefox

When I try to use the 1Password in Firefox the following error messages are printed in the browser console:
Finished loading auth configuration. Processing callbacks. global.min.js:83:163
[ONEPASSWORD] showPopup but no connection. Showing WS. global.min.js:101:493
[1Password] Not showing welcome screen for Agent connection global.min.js:102:248

The button looks like it is enabled, but it does not open 1password mini to choose the password. I've uninstalled both the 1password application (https://support.1password.com/uninstall-1password/) and the 1password extension (https://support.1password.com/uninstall-extension/), and then re-installed them.

1Password Version: 6.8
Extension Version: 4.6.9
OS Version: macOS Sierra 10.12.6
Sync Type: 1Password

Hey @beans! Sorry about that. What version of Firefox are you using? There may be an update available to get this sorted out. :) Could you open Firefox and click Firefox > About Firefox in the menu bar, then install an update if one is available? Let us know how that goes!

Thanks @Jacob, that worked for me. Great to have it back working as it's such a handy tool.

I don't know why but for a number of people we've seen Firefox stop updating - very weird. Glad to hear that resolved it for you @beans and hopefully everything is running smoothly again
