Hi @davidiswift! Thanks for letting us know about this. To get a better idea of what the issue is, could you please create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac?

How to send a diagnostics report from your Mac

Attach the Diagnostics Reports to an email, and send it to support+forum@agilebits.com.

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum username so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a confirmation number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that it is dealt with quickly. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!

I sent the report to support@agilebits.com and forum@agilebits.com and received a reply that said I had sent to a robot? Is that what you meant by support+forum@agilebits.com or do I send it to literally 'support+forum@agilebits.com' ?

    Hi @davidiswift,

We received your email with the report; thanks for sending that in. We'll let you know if it reveals what's causing the crashes and suggest what you can do to stop them.

support+forum@agilebits.com is the literal address, which uses subaddressing to aide with filtering on our end. The two addresses you sent to also work, with one triggering the automatic reply you got back. No worries. :)
