@ErnieS: It isn't possible to explicitly "unfollow" a discussion. You'll receive notifications for any based on your settings here:

https://discussions.agilebits.com/profile/preferences/

By default, you'll be notified for any discussions you've either participated in, bookmarked, or been @ -mentioned in, but you can disable any or all of these. I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions! :)
