How can I start over again?

I applied for a trial membership, but never got very far with it. I want to try again. You folks have my email address on record, but I have no idea of the other pieces of information necessary to logon and start my account working. I do not know my master password, and I do not know my secret key. Help, please.

    Thanks for taking the time to write in.

    I've just sent you an email which will allow you to delete your account. You can then sign up for a new account. Before you do: Please make sure you cancel your subscription through Apple:

    View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
