Hi @dgosselink! I'd be happy to help out with that. It looks like the version of 1Password you're using is a bit older, so let's get that updated first to see if it makes a difference:

How to keep 1Password up to date

Once you do, if the issue is still present, could you try manually saving new Login items for the websites that are having this issue? This typically sorts things out. :) Let us know how things go!
