1Password no longer filling in logon on iPad.
I'm running into issue where 1Password isn't filling in logon on my iPad. This is happening from both Chrome and Safari. I go to a logon screen and select 1Password extension. 1Password recognizes the proper logon but when I select it, nothing happens. The data is never filled in on the screen.

Hi @brucegiord,
Is this happening with all logins, or just one particular login?
Please let us know.

This is happening on any logon. Thanks.

Thanks for the info, Bruce. And this just started happening, or has it never worked? If it just started can you think of anything that changed around the time it started?

This had been working at one point but as I hadn't used 1Password on iPad for some time, I'm not sure what changed. Doing some further tests, I find it is actually working on some sites. It's not working on sites I use most frequently however. These include Charles Schwab and Chase Bank.

Please try re-saving the logins for these sites:
https://support.1password.com/1password-extension-ios/
See the section titled "Fill and save using the extension." I personally use both Schwab and Chase and 1Password fills them successfully for me, so I suspect this just needs to be freshened up for you.
Thanks.

Focusing on Schwab, the issue with having my userid/password filled in by 1Password seems to be connected to the URL I'm using if I go to:
https://client.schwab.com/login/signon/customercenterlogin.aspx?kc=y
It works fine. However, if I go to: https://www.schwab.com/public/schwab/client_home
1Password doesn't fill in userid/password. On my Mac, either site works fine.0 -
https://www.schwab.com/public/schwab/client_home is the one I use. Did you try saving a new login from that page, using the instructions I posted above?

Yes, I saved a new logon from that page. However, the userid/password is still not being filled in. As I can bookmark the alternate URL which works fine, I guess it doesn't really matter.

@brucegiord: Weirdly, I don't even see a login form on https://www.schwab.com/public/schwab/client_home — but I use https://client.schwab.com/login/signon/customercenterlogin.aspx myself. Glad that works for you as well! :)
