Update failed to install and 1password disappeared

hi,

I recently installed an update on my account (1 Password6 Family License) which downloaded fine but when I was prompted for my computer administers password for the install I entered the wrong password which removed the install screen. Now my 1 password icon has a question mark over it and wont open.

I cant access any of my password - where can i find the upgrade install file?

    Hi @allys81 - sorry for the trouble, let's get you fixed up! What you experienced is likely a coincidence; the reason you're having trouble now is that 1Password 6 for Mac will not run on OS X 10.9.5 (Mavericks). If you are forced by hardware or other limitations to stay on Mavericks -- or you just prefer to do so, you'll be limited to 1Password 4 for Mac, the latest version of which is 4.4.3, which you can download here .

    Can I ask: what version number (if you remember) were you using prior to this most-recent upgrade attempt?
