Need to speak with someone. Can't get into forum using my 1Password Master PW

Apparently my email PW as well as internet has been compromised and I have to change PWs for all. Also my iPhone text has been hacked. I need help figuring out how to handle this! Scared out of my wits. Tried to access 1PW using my master PW, no luck. I think I need to change all my PWs but don't know how. Checked out changing PWs training but don't know how to change email PW and put in 1Password. I need to block all the holes in my email and internet usage. Can someone talk to me?
