Applying Licence says successful but remains in trial mode on account and apps

I applied the licence file as per the email sent.
The success window shows up and says 356 days licence.
Online, Mac app and iOS app all show trial mode with no licence applied.
No idea what to do next, tried re-applying and reinstalling
