How to delete manually synced old and shared Primary vaults?

Hi - just updated to a family account from two individual accounts. My wife's new account still has her old primary vault and a shared primary vault we used to sync manually. Been trying to delete these vaults but haven't been able to figure out how - the delete vault option on the menu is not active. When she logs on thru website, the old vaults are not there. Ideas?

@fredfogg: Order does matter here -- you'll need to delete any other standalone vaults before you delete the Primary vault, so your old shared vault needs to go first. Are you seeing Delete Vault greyed out with both vaults selected? I'd expect it for Primary (until you delete the shared vault), but the shared vault should be able to be deleted. Could you give it another try leaving Primary for last and let me know if you're still unable to delete these vaults? Thanks! :chuffed:
