1password on iphone freezes and doesnt let me open any password

Hi, for several months I havent been able to use 1password on my iPhone, i have uninstalled and installed again, with no improve, i have no trouble with the master password, but when the app opens, it freezes in the categories tab, i cant open any category or password, and it keeps to always keep syncing with dropbox, but my mac and pc app sync and work well

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try opening this address in Safari: onepassword://diagnostics

    That should prompt 1Password to generate a diagnostic report. Please send that report to us. When you do you'll get a Support ID back from BitBot. Please post that ID here.

    Hi @Ben,
    I'm experiencing the similar behavior to what @pepms describes since upgrading the iOS app to 6.8.2 yesterday. Sometimes I can get into a category, but the app always becomes unresponsive before I'm able to accomplish what I need. The same happens when trying to Search. I tend to agree with pepms's conclusion that this is related to syncing, but my primary sync is via 1Password account, with only a couple small Vaults being synced via Dropbox. Once syncing finishes, behavior is normal.

    This appears to be a Dropbox sync issue. Please follow the instructions here to back up your data:

    1Password backups

    And then reset your sync with Dropbox by following the instructions under "Reset your Dropbox data" in this guide:

    If you're having trouble syncing with Dropbox

    I have the same problem that can not open my password. Mine is the latest version yet cant open. Please assist asap, thank you.

    Hi, I did the steps, and it worked, thanks a lot! i deleted all dropbox data and started a new vault as mentioned and restored backup
