bought an account through the app store but somehow have nothing to show for it

I bought a year of 1Password through the Apple app store, but never used it. Now I'd like to use it but apparently I'm stuck as I have no record of a 1Password account to match it up to. I'm really not sure how I did that, but I've paid y'all the $30 or whatever and have no account to show for it.

    Hi @yarrr,

    What you have purchased is the full app store release of 1Password which is not the same as an online account. Accounts refer to https://my.1password.com which have their own storage and subscription model and include the apps at no additional cost to yourself.

    You will need to contact the AgileBits support team if you require a refund as that cannot be actioned via this support channel.

    Hope that helps explain the difference.
